Mohsen Harandi is the co-inventor of about 250 US Patents including over 50  Patents related to GreenFining™. In 2021, Mr. Harandi retired from ExxonMobil and is currently CEO of GreenFining™ Technologies and ProRefining Consulting Services. Mr. Harandi has a consistent record of innovative value creation in refining, petrochemicals and upstream. His expertise includes idea generation, process conceptualization, process development, process design, project development, strategic planning, supply chain optimization, licensing and operations support, both as a manager and technical leader. Mr. Harandi’s unexpected solutions are simple and low cost to implement to improve sites’ profitability, reliability and energy efficiency, while reducing emissions. Mr. Harandi has created many profitable environmental solutions for upstream and downstream facilities around the world. Over 200 of his solutions have been commercially implemented

Sean Hadi has 40 years of experience in Engineering & Technology Development, Oil, Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Cryogenics, Power, and Offshore Systems. 

Sean has held leadership roles in Process Design, Project Management, Business, Organization, Cost Estimating & Budget, Construction, and Startup. 

Sean has US and international experience. He was the Program Business Manager for the 25 billion-dollar Jazan Project (Refinery, Power, Port, Infrastructure) prior to his retirement from Saudi Aramco in 2019. Sean has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan plus certifications including EIT, PMP, PMI, CII, SAP, Risk and Venture Analysis among others.
